I have troubles with loading desktop application spotify.

Spotify is already in Russia but troubles is troubles. So, my desktop application Spotify is not loading correct. It takes a while(5+ mins) to load from the black screen to the normal mode, BUT I can turn on or off music using my phone or using spacebar and other keyboard shortcuts to listen to music. I tried to re-install but it not helped me. So what should I do?

Thanks posting here and welcome to the Community! We'll gladly help you out.

A reinstall is a logical first step with such issues, so nice work trying that out. However there may still be some leftover files that cause such behavior. We recommend that you do a clean reinstall using the steps here. You should also clear your host file.

If that doesn't fix things, you should try both the MicrosoftStore version of the app, as well as the one from our website. Let us know if that makes a difference.
