Illegal Scope, Spotify Web loading long, Play Button dont work in web, App doesnt work at all

My spotify is completly Broken On Phone everything works perfectly fine but on PC (WINDOWS 10) its all Broken and nothing works

(at the time of writing this i have spent about 3 hours googling and using chat gpt and other stuff)

Update: i figured out that when i use the OPERA GX VPN the BROWSER application works for some reason and when i turn it off it stops working

Update: it somehow was my internet, i restarted it multiple times (i did this prior to this post but nothing happened) now my browser broke in general and after the next restart it slowly started and now it all works for some reason except the spotify app it still shows illegal scope
