Is this the cache folder?

Is this the cache folder?

Hello

Without having to reinstall the Spotify Windows app, is this the path where one can safely delete the cache? For me the data folder current size is: 1.14GB

Path is below with edited username for privacy reasons. Thank you in advance for any answers.

C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Spotify

Hello @danielmcgee

Yes you're in the correct place. the cache folder is called Storage and it's in there.

You can delete the folder or the contents of it. Spotify will recreate the folder the next time you open the app. 🙂

Hi @Sebasty

Deleted the items within the "data folder" found by run dialog windows R.

%localappdata% >Spotify >data folder.

Managed to reclaim 1GB I think.

Super handy to know just in case my cache starts getting larger again. 😊

Thanks much
