Issues with Release Radar and Discovery Weekly on PC program and Android

I like listening to Release Radar and Discovery Weekly every week. Lately, I've noticed a pattern where if I listen to enough of the playlists on the program and mark the songs I like or I don't like, my program starts playing ONLY the songs I've already marked as liked. It will not play the songs that have not yet been played.

This also happens to me if I move to the Spotify app on my phone. The only way I can play those songs is if I open the Spotify web browser. What can I do to fix this so I can just use the program on my computer? And isn't the computer program of Spotify supposed to have the most features and versatility? Thank you!
