Latest windows app update is broken

Yesterday spotify was running fine but the update I got today seems to just crash the app after a few minutes of use. I've followed all the solutions in other threads but nothing worked. Please revert the latest update.

Hey @Matty01,

Which steps have you tried on your own? It could be that something got messed up while updating the app. Have you tried a clean reinstall?

After deleting the client, make sure there are no files left in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Spotify before installing it again!

Cleaned the folder out after uninstalling and reinstalled, still crashes.
