Like/Love button doesn't respond

My Question or Issue

I wanted to save few playlists, but when I click like/love button nothing happens. It doesn't respond at all. All worked perfectly few days ago.

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're sorry for the late reply.

In this scenario we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app since that will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If you try to like a song, will it appear on another device as liked? It would be great if you'd let us know if this occurs on one device or multiple devices.

If the clean reinstall doesn't do the trick - can you log in with another account on the device/devices this occurs on - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?
