Liked Music and Music Added to Playlist Not Appearing

I reinstalled Spotify onto my laptop, and found that none of my songs were in neither my playlists or liked songs. However, when I went to readd my 200+ songs to my liked songs to my annoyance, I found that the songs were labelled as liked songs already (AKA the heart buttons were already clicked). No song from my Daily Mixes are available to listen to; they show up greyed out. Same thing happens when I try to listen directly from an artist's page.

The catch? When I use my phone's Spotify app, I can listen to everything just fine.

I'm seriously considering switching to YouTube for all of my streaming pleasures, Spotify really was my favorite song streaming service before all of this.

Hey @fablesdreams, that's not cool.

Let's try a couple of things:

• Restart your device
• Log out and back in from the app
• Reinstall the app with these steps
• Make sure nothing Spotify-related is blocked on your Firewall
• Restart your router
• Try a different network connection
