the playlist says it's empty, but can still play the songs I have there

Hey there @Tesper1, 

Thanks for posting on the Community about this.

First thing you can try in order to solve this is running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your PC. This step ensures you get Spotify updated to the latest app version. 

If you still can't see your Liked Songs after the clean reinstall, we recommend checking your hosts file for entries that need to be deleted. Follow the steps described here on how to do that.
