Local Files - missing name glitches

I cannot figure out why these files are doing this. 

I only have this problem with the Acid Rap album from Chance the Rapper. I have them saved to my computer (Windows 7) with the proper title, artist, album, track number, and year, but when I try to access it through Spotify Local Files it goes crazy. 

I have tried everything. I have deleted the files, re-downloaded them, removed all Local Files from Spotify, uninstalled/reinstalled Spotify, NOTHING WORKS.

Please tell me someone else has had a similar problem. Spotify's Local Files system is so frustrating. And why can't we add these local files to the Songs playlist?!?!?!
