Local Files on Desktop do not appear on iOS app

I'm trying to import some local files onto my iOS app, I'm on the same network, but the files don't appear on the playlist I created for them. They don't appear greyed out; the app just acts like there's nothing there.

Edit: I have also hit the download button, but nothing is happening.
