My Question or Issue

I understand that I can not sync my Local Files from my Mac to my Desktop.

I have a song on my laptop put in a playlist through local files. I want to be able to listen to that song on Desktop through my playlist. I can achieve this by having the .mp3 for the song on the computer however, I have to add the song from local files to the playlist, and now I have 2 of the same songs in my playlist. One of them can be played on my mac, and the other for my desktop.

Is there any way (by having the same exact mp3 on both computers) that I can make it so that the same song is playable on my Mac and my PC? This is what it currently looks like: https://imgur.com/QZOhmkM.
