Thanks for the videos @t-_ndttredaw!
I'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app to rule out any potential issues with corrupted cache and ensure you're running the latest version, then adding your local files back to Your Library via the steps here.
If the issue persists, try installing Spotify from a different source: if you downloaded the app from our website, try the version from the Microsoft Store instead and vice versa.
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
Hi @t-_ndttredaw,
Thanks for reaching out!
Does this happen while listening on another device (your phone, for example) via Spotify Connect? Have you tried adding the files to a new playlist to see if that does the trick? Could you also check if playing the songs from the Local Files folder works?
A short screen recording which captures the described behavior in action would be greatly appreciated. That way we can get a clear view of exactly what's happening on your end. If the file is too large to attach here in your reply, you can instead upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video or to a cloud service like Google Drive - just make sure the file is accessible by anyone with the link.
Cheers 🤘
Hey, thanks for the reply.
Removed the audio for file size, however you can see that it does not play when selected and only when put next in the queue (first file).
Does not work in playlists ether, playlists with those songs even break the whole playlist (second file).
