Local files not downloaded

I selected part of my local files and placed them in playlist but when I toggled the download button off everything grayed out. Now when I turn it on it's stuck on waiting. Still playable in the local files tab though.

I tried copying some songs (from this playlist) to a new playlist but it is still grayed out. If I create a new playlist, go back to the local files tab and copy and paste songs (like you do when first starting) it works, the problem though is I don't want to run through every song again and start all over. Is there any other solution? Has anyone else experienced this?
