My Question or Issue

When i try to log onto spotify on my computer it tells me " Your country does not match the one set in your profile. To continue use, update your profile or upgrade your spotify account. (error code: accesspoint:17)" but i am where my account says i am and i can go to the spotify website without it telling me not available in my country.

Thanks for the post.

 

Try opening the account page from an incognito window or a different browser, and check if the country on your account is set to the right one.

Thanks for the post.

 

If you're currently in the same country as the one set on your account, this issue might be coming from issues with browser cache and cookies.

 

I'd recommend logging in your account page with an incognito browser window or another browser to check that the country on your account is set to the right one. 

 

If you can log in the account page and the country matches, please disable any sort of VPN or Proxy you might be using. You might also want to try using a different network.

 

If the error continues, please let us know what device this is happening on.
