Many, Many Bugs (White boxes on hover, wont play songs, doesn't detect devices)

Device

Home-built Windows Desktop PC (MSI Motherboard, Ryzen 5 CPU/GPU), but the issues also show up on my HP laptop (I don't use it enough to test all of them). Mobile (iOS) apps work great.

Operating System

Windows 11

My Issue

Ever since some big update a few months to a year ago, the desktop app has been extremely buggy, including the one from the windows store and the .exe off of the website.
Often, especially after I haven't played a song in an hour or 2, or when I first open the app, the songs wont play. Like I press the play button and nothing happens, or I get the blue popup that says Spotify cant play the song right now.
Or sometimes it appears to play, with the time bar moving, the play button changed to a pause button, and even discord saying that I am listening, but no sound comes out. If I pause, the time bar resets to where I was before I pressed play the first time. Then eventually, sometimes after a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes, I get the blue error popup and then it plays just fine.
There have been a few times, for whatever reason, where the app just does not work crashes, and then I get a popup that says "the application is not responding" when I try to open it again. Then I need to go into task manger and close the background tasks (it doesn't show up as an actual running app) for it to work again.
I have also gotten a gui bug a few times, usually after I use the ... > view menu. More or less around where I hover, white boxes show up, sometimes staying after I move my mouse away, sometimes only showing up where my mouse it. They are usually in the shape of different gui elements, or around and in between elements. They disappear when I close and reopen the app

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using the windows store version and the .exe version, force quitting, turning hardware acceleration on and off, and just pretty much doing anything that any help websites say to do, but none of it works.
May I also suggest that the app recognizes when there is no audio output device and gives a warning instead of utterly breaking. If I do not have an audio device connected to the pc, The time bar shows that each song is 100% played at a length of 0:00, the play button skips ahead 1 song, the rewind button skips back 2 songs, I don't know what the forward button does, shuffle and repeat become greyed out, and sometimes it crashes. It also sometimes doesn't detect my headphones even when the OS says that they are connected, and then the above errors happen.
All of these appear no matter what playlist or songs I play. I am not sure if they happen with podcasts.
Please let me know if I should make a separate post for each of these issues, if I need to post them somewhere else, or if there is any way to solve them or get Spotify to fix them.

Hey @FinnBot5000,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

We appreciate the time you're taking reporting these issues you've mentioned. We've received some reports about the app’s behavior on Windows 11. As it's still a young OS, some issues could be expected to happen. However, to make sure that the stored cache is not causing any troubles, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app.

Also, if the issue persists after the process, would you mind testing it using the Web Player to see if it makes any difference?

Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running on your device. This will give us a better look at your issue to keep investigating.

We'll be on the lookout.

I did as your link said.

There was nothing other than a few OS shortcuts to remove manually - no folders left.

The Spotify version is:

Spotify for Windows
1.1.85.895.g2a71e1b8

I don't have time to right now, but I will edit this message to confirm that the problem still persists later today or tomorrow. I am guessing it will considering I have uninstalled in the past multiple times. I will also check the web player at that time.

P.S. My recently played is still showing up how it was before, even though I did as the link said. Is that normal, or does that mean there is still data cached somewhere? I needed to redownload my playlists and re-setup my settings.

EDIT:
The problems still persist.
