Media Keys Not Working

I recently had this problem where whenever I try to press the F5 button (to play my music because it has the play/pause button) It doesn't do anything. I have had it working for over a year, but for some reason over the last week it hasn't been working. 

I've read many questions similar to mine, but most people have the Google Play Music. But whenever I go to my extentions, I don't have it. Someone please help!
