My Question or Issue

My App keeps force closing itself, and I don't know how to make it stop. I have a US Student Premium account, and have had my Spotify Account since like 2013 or 2014. At first it would just fit around a bit; forcing me to manually play the next song, taking a long time to load, waiting a while for Search to come up and then the app would force close. After that, I couldn't even move the mouse without it force

closing itself. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app from both the Microsoft Store as well as the Spotify Browser. I have tried both the Quick Reinstall trick as well as the Clean Reinstall trick that I've seen mentioned a few times. I have tried as many tricks that I could find, but it's still force closing itself, and I don't know what to do.

Can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?


It would also be great if you can have someone log in to their account on your device to see if the issue persist.
