So this last week I had troubles with the Spotify program on my windows 10 computer, none of mine or my sister's music appears, only saved playlists but none of the saved music. Meanwhile on other devices like other computers, mobile and even on the web player the saved music appears, last week I didn't have that trouble.

Hey @FacundoFFB98, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? If that doesn't work, can you send me a screenshot of what you're seeing exactly? Make sure to hide sensitive info when posing to the Community.

 

If your Liked Songs aren't showing in the desktop app, check your hosts file and remove all entries including Spotify. Head here to find out how to do this.

So yeah, we already tried the reinstalling and fixing thing (didn't work). We see the friend feed, radio and those stuff but what we don't see is our saved music, here are the screenshots

and give your vote there by clicking on +VOTE to show Spotify you're experiencing this too. You can also subscribe to get relevant updates on the matter.

 

Make sure to also provide the necessary details mentioned in the description, so the right teams have the needed information while looking into this.
