Missing playlists

Hi... all of my playlists are missing... but when I clicked on recently played... the music on that particular playlist came up.  Is there anyway I can "re-create" that list without having to add each song again individually to a new playlist?

Did you look through all of the "Folders" that you see?

Sometimes, when Spotify recovers, for example from a power failure on your workstation, Spotify sometimes recovers all your previous playlists deep under a nest of Folders.  Did you look?
