Music not playing

Music not playing

So I keep trying to play music but it selects the song, and then skips through like, 5 songs and then starts an ad or just doesn’t play the song. Spotify is working perfectly fine on my phone, but the same account on a different device doesn’t work.

To help solve this issue, as it seems to only be occurring on one device, I suggest performing a clean reinstall on your Windows. Spotify has detailed how to do this here for Windows computers. In doing this, the program is able to completely reinstall and refresh, which helps solve errors that may occur in the program.
