My Question or Issue

spotify was running slowly so I decided to update it, got the update from your site...than I logged in and got a black screen, I have no idea why this is still an issue, you'd think it would be fixed like permanently and never happen again.

I've tried reinstalling via your website, and windows store, both didnt work, I've tried rebooting, I've tried putting exceptions in firewall, I've tried deleting prefs file some say it has worked, didnt work for me. I've tried literally everything I have found. The only thing that ever seems to work is a system restore. I don't want to do this right now.

make sure your hosts file isn't modified. if it is delete all the modified data and copy and paste over it.
