Music stops after few seconds...

Music stops after few seconds in my Windows Spotify app,

the same happens on web player. I CAN'T listen to anything ....

culprit is a Mac, I don't use it, the lid is closed (probably it's sleeping or almost sleeping), but Spotify app on it (it's on, but not used), prevents me from listening to my music !

In Spotify App, i can see it as connected device. How to play music on my windows?? (my mac is not used!), how to forcibly disconnect MacOS app ?

without reaching MBP and closing the app manually ....

It doesn't happen in other way around. I can run app on both devices, but listen to music from Mac app all the day.

Thanks for the post.

We'd recommend Logging out everywhere and running a clean reinstall of the app on your Mac. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling. This will assure that the issue is not caused by corrupted data.
