Music wont play

Today, when I would click on my music to play, a blue note on the spotify app would pop up and say that something like: Cannot play this song. You can import the file from your computer to listen.  and it said this with every song, whether it was in my library or not.

 So I uninstalled and reinstalled the Spotify app on my computer twice and now whenever I click play on any song, it'll skip through the entire playlist/queue. Spotify works on the webplayer but not on the app itself. This is the first time that this has happened; I have Windows 10.
