My Question or Issue
The music on my Spotify app stops playing every couple of seconds. I tried different solutions already, changing the cache folder, trying to find anything in the host file (there were no entries Spotify related), deleting and re-installing, restarting the computer, ... But none worked

Could you try reinstalling the app one more time, but this time making sure to follow the relevant steps listed for your OS in this Spotify Answer?
If that doesn't work, can you make sure you've tried downloading both the file on the Spotify website and the one in the Windows Store?
