Musics won't download

My Question or Issue

 hi there!

i heve spotify windows app and i dont use it about a year. today when i open it , All things work correctly but when I want to download a Playlist it stock on waiting for connection.
I can play music online but it says waiting for connection!

Please help!

That doesn't sound cool.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Nothing changes!
Even I update windows to last build version but I still have this problem!

Does this happen on 3G/4G, and WiFi?

And are you using a VPN by any chance?

I use vpn for my pc and when I disconnect it all song downloading!
Why I can't download music over VPN connection?
