My Library won't load (Web)

My Library won't load (Web)

My Library was showing.
I went to sort it alphabetically, and it disappeared, saying 'Something went wrong, Try reloading your library'
I've tried doing that for the past two weeks. I've cleared caches, I've deleted the saved tab, I've logged out. Nothing. The option to Sort is now greyed out - but I no longer have a library.

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

Does this occur with a specific browser or with all browsers in general? I'd recommend making sure you're running the latest updates for your browser. If you use any extensions, try disabling them temporarily to see if that does the trick. In case you use VPN, I'd suggest turning it off as well.

 

If the issue persists, please share a screenshot which captures how things look on your end.

Same problem here 😕

 

I've tried turning off all the extensions and I don't use any VPN. 
I also tried switching google accounts but the same problem persists and I tried switching spotify accounts too.
It still doesn't work. I can still play music, just unable to access my library.
Please suggest ideas on how to fix this.

Yo, I've actually found how to fix it,
So I'm on windows web spotify
You just gotta press CTRL + F5
It reloads skipping the cache
