My Question or Issue

I have been trying to have a jam with my friends, but the problem is that when I invite them, we don't have synced queues, what we're playing is different, so it's practically pointless, I mean, isn't that the sole purpose of the jam feature? Synced queues? So if that doesn't work then what is the point? Please help.

Does every participant of the Jam have a different queue and is listening to something different? Or does this happen to one user in particular? 

 

Now, in this case, we'd recommend that everyone who's having issues with the Jam clears the cached files on their device. Additionally, make sure everyone is running the latest Spotify version available.

 

If the issue persists, then ask one of your friends to create a Jam from their account and invite the others. Let us know if you also have the same issue that way. 

 

Lastly, would you mind sending a screenshot of how your queue looks and how the queue looks for another participant?
