My Question or Issue:

There some to be an issue that whenever I scroll down then field my playlist on the desktop app some of my top playlists disapear. For they to apear again I must close and open the app again.

We get that you're having some issues with your playlists on your desktop app. We can suggest you to log out and then to log back in, in the app twice in a row, as this triggers a refresh between the app and your account and may help to resolve any possible cache-related issues. See if this will make any difference for you.

If nothing changes for your experience, pleas take a short video of the situation and send it over to us, so we can take a closer look and advise you better.  Also, share with us the current version of the desktop app you're using on your PC.
