My spotify for windwos is turning the volume down by itself.

The volume is turned down by itself. I don't know what to do. I tried restarting the app but it still doesn't work.

Just to clarify, is it your in-app volume being turned down, or is your system volume turned down?

I've heard of this happening if you're using Spotify Connect to control your current or another device, sometimes a phone call or volume change on that device can change the volume on the device you're using for Spotify. Do you have any other devices with Spotify open?
