No Internet Connection -- Error Code 4 won't go away

Hi everyone,

I started having the "No internet connection error code 4" in the past week or so on my Spotify Desktop version. I am a premium user. I followed the instructions to delete the Storage folder and it works perfectly...until the next day I have to do the same. It starts to get annoying and I would like to have a permanent fix if possible. Is anyone else experiencing the same and is there a permanent solution?
