My Question or Issue

I've had an issue with my account not showing any 'Recent Activity' for several months now. I've attached screenshots that show my profile when myself or another user sees when visiting my profile along with the settings that are enabled. I've tried this on multiple devices so this is not limited to a device issue. I use Spotify on 3 different Windows machines along with 2 different mobile devices (iOS and Android). I've logged out and removed apps on all devices to ensure that the clients were not bugged. My previous account did not have this issue. This account that I am currently experiencing the issue with is my second account. (account made because I wanted to not use facebook as a log in)

 

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
