Hello, I recently updated the desktop (three days ago, upon the app's request) and mobile app (with some delay) . I use Spotify Lite and desktop (the second one is the option I use the most). I discovered last night that Spotify wasn't scrobbling for one day and a half. When I turned scrobbling off and on, I only recovered the data of the last 4 hours at that moment.

When I visited history to manually scrobble those songs, I found out that it only showed a handful of them, and didn't manage to show others, that I had indeed played in their entirety, it only showed black squares and rectangles instead of album art and artist-song data. When I restarted the desktop app without reinstalling, the screen looked like this

Hi there @belljars,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

To start, try logging out, restarting your device, and logging back in. If that doesn't make any difference, it's worth running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. We also suggest downloading the app again from the Microsoft Store.

If the issue persists, try restarting your router to see if that helps.

Keep us posted on how it goes.
