No sound going to usb digital analog converter, all of a sudden.

For years I've been using an Audioengine USB DAC. Suddenly, Spotify sound only comes out of my bad laptop speakers. Windows Media Player, JRiver Media Center, etc all can be heard through the DAC. There is no "Spotify" showing in my Volume Mixer. If I run Spotify through the web site, I can select "Chrome Audio" and it then works. But with the PC app, sound only comes out of the laptop speakers. And I can't believe Spotify has such bad customer service. Might just cancel.

Hi there!

It's strange that Spotify isn't showing up in your Volume Mixer. I'd recommend performing a Clean Reinstall to fix this issue.
