My Question or Issue

The song is playing but there's no sound. I've restarted my computer and uninstalled/reinstalled the application on my computer.

Which version of Windows are you on? 🙂

I'd suggest checking if Spotify is muted. Keep Spotify open and try this:

1. click on speaker icon on Taskbar.

2. click on Mixer. (you can also right-click on speaker icon and select 'open Volume Mixer'.

3. See if Spotify is muted or not. If yes, unmute it. If not, try muting and unmuting it, then restart Spotify.

Also, take a look at the Communications setting:
1. Find the speaker icon on Taskbar. Right-click on it and select Sounds.
2. In the opened window go to Communications and set Windows to do nothing.
