My Question or Issue

As Spotify entered Korea, it made a premium payment immediately, logged out of the desktop player for a while, and tried to log in, but it was unable to log in when error code accesspoint:19 appeared. Can you tell me what this error code means? And I was just wondering if you can fix up?

Currently the Desktop app is not supported for South Korea. In the meantime, you can use our web player on your PC to play your favorite jams.

Run a clean reinstall or download the app and check if it's working.
