Now Playing queue resets randomly

This has only happened once before (back in January I think) but it happened twice within the past week: the playlist that I'm listening to resets in the Now Playing queue. Meaning, when I open my Spotify app (Windows 10, most recent version) after turning on/restarting my computer, instead of seeing the info for the song that was playing when I last closed Spotify (song title, artist, album cover, and how much of the song had played), the player area is blank. Even the shuffle is turned off (which I always have on)! I have no idea what's causing this. Is there a way to stop it from happening so I don't have to keep restarting playlists before they've finished?

Hello @DolceBellaBaker and welcome to the community,

Sorry to hear about your problem.

Here is what I can suggest :

1. To check in preferences : ... > Edit > Preferences ==> in Prefernces page, scroll down to section : Autoplay and verify if "Autoplay similar songs when your music ends" is unchecked.

- Once that is done, test if you still have the issue. If yes go to 2.

2. You have to try a clean reinstall :

Thanks to let me know if your issue is solved.
