O Spotify não consegue tocar isso no momento. Se você tiver o arquivo no computador é possível importá-la. Essa mensagem aparece no meu computador quando tento usar o player do Spotify, entretanto, as musicas tocam normalmente em todos os celulares com o aplicativo. Tentei a solução do bloco de notas, que um usuário postou no fórum, mas nao resolveu.

Eu estava com o mesmo problema, consegui resolver mudando nas configurações do windows, Som e depois em propriedades do dispositivo, coloca formato de som espacial Windows Sonic for Headphones.

This happened to me a few hours ago, and I didn't know how to solve it. There were no pending updates, nor any other apparent problems. Only Windows 11 Pro wouldn't play the music and returned the already informed message.

I reinstalled the application twice and there was no solution.

Well, I remembered to start the application as an administrator and it worked. In system / sound I noticed that in the format above 24bits 48000 it gave an error and stopped. Bingo. There is some error in the type of audio format chosen or some software bug... Here it went back to working normally... and the sound plays! Hugs!
