My Question or Issue

I was going to listen to music on Spotify, but it's offline. Check your Internet connection." When I checked the Internet with the phrase "WiFi was properly connected, and programs that required YouTube or other Internet worked properly. Even though I "initialized" the app, it was still offline. How should I solve this problem?

Hi there @Cloudrain,

 

Thanks for reaching out. You've mentioned you're using the South Korean Premium Basic plan. This subscription is not usable on Desktop, so that seems like the most likely reason why it doesn't work there. If you've experienced similar issues on mobile, check this Ongoing Issue thread, as there are known issues on mobile regarding such behaviour.
