Offline Mode (error code 4) No Internet

I have this problem that spotify is offline all the time even when i have internet

is there any solution for this problem 

I tried the to change auto proxy to HTTP and it didnt work

I tried to change the DNS to

Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8

Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4

 and didnt work 

Any solution please

What device/OS is this on and have you tried another, and on another connection?
