Offline mode even though connected to WiFi

I have Spotify Premium account. However, recently I noticed that my spotify account on my laptop shows that spotify is on offline mode even though it's connected to the WiFi. My laptop is Acer Aspire S13

Let's try temporarily disabling any anti-virus or firewall you have running on your computer. After doing this, close the Spotify app and open it again.

Adding Spotify.exe as an exception to your firewall/anti-virus should help with this.

Additionally, does restarting your router help at all?
