One Track suddenly stopped then the Spotify App didn't run

My Question or Issue

When I played my playlist and then this track "RESET (feat. Jinsil) - Tiger TK, Jinsil" comes next and is being played, after 3seconds the song stopped and the app/software didn't run or it's hanged. I use the task manager to end the program and restart again. But the same issue is still encountered. I also uninstall the program and reinstall again but it didn't work.

I also have an issue with the pop-up ads. That when I closed your ad on the player at least 2 or 3 new tab ads keep on popping. I already have adblockers on my browsers and also Norton Security for my desktop but it didn't stop the ads.
