My Question or Issue
I recently added just a few tracks to a new playlist to take a listen to later. The next time I went to it Spotify had decided to randomly add about 20 songs without my say so? If this had been an important playlist that I had picked a few hundred songs to be in it and found Spotify had just added all these extra ones I would be hopping mad! I DO NOT want anything added making me then have to search for all these to remove them! Please leave playlists alone!

There is actually a section of recommended songs at the end of user playlist, it looks like this:
However, it's a separate section and always at the end, not inside your playlist. I don't even have it on playlists longer than 150 tracks.
If possible, could you show a screenshot of these added songs in your playlist?
Also, let me know your Spotify version. You can see it when you click on the menu dots and go to help - About Spotify.
Let me know 🙂
Hey @DennyEMufc
That's strange. Spotify doesn't add songs into your playlists just like that.
I'd suggest checking your list of approved apps which you can see here.
Note: Playlist Revisor (if you see it) is Spotify's own app. I have had no issues with that.
Some third party apps might be able to alter your playlists.
I also suggest following the steps in this article to secure your account - just in case.
Has this happened you more than once?
Let me know how it goes 🙂
Just the once as far as I'm aware, as I clicked on the playlist it actually said "we've also added these songs for you" never had this before but you can imagine how annoyed users with large playlists would feel having to search for these to take them out?

That Looks most likely thanks, although there's no real mention that they're recommended they do seem separate as your s/s shows?
