PC application doesn't play some albums.

I'm using desktop application for long time without any problem. Today I wanted to play an album, but it didn't start. I checked with different albums and playlists. Some played, some doesn't. All works well on the mobile app. I deleted and downloaded again the app, but it still doesn't work. Do you have any tips how to solve?

I'm having the same issue. I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling the app, nothing has worked to resolve.

Thank for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one? 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you try with a different internet connection to see if the same happens? You can try creating a hotspot on your phone and using that to test this.

On another note, would you mind checking if the web player works as expected?
