[Performance] [Bug] Client unbearably slow on 1.0.88.353

With the latest update for the Spotify client, the client tends to become unberably slow after a good few hours of use. Just 10-15 minutes ago, I was trying to browse through my saved albums and songs, and stuff would either completely fail to load, or load, but be really slow while doing it. Playlist organizing has also became really slow with this update too. 

One thing I should note as well: @MattSuda has experienced this same problem on the macOS side. I'd really like to see this fixed for 1.0.89 as I don't know how anyone can handle that poor of performance, and I'm on a really high end system, for instance.

For now though, until the issue is fixed, I have rolled back to 1.0.87 and have unfortunately no choice but to stay on that version until the performance issues with 1.0.88 get resolved as I use Spotify a lot and can't really deal with performance issues as they impact my Spotify experience negatively.
