Phone and pc constantly out of sync

My PC and phone seem to constantly go out of sync. Right now I'm playing music on my phone app and the PC shows a different song as paused. My internet on phone is via wifi and is 100%, my PC is connected by cable (to the same router)-->fiber and works flawlessly.
This has gotten frustrating enough for me to come here, happens regularly.

I'm not sure how to fix this problem. Maybe a clean reinstall on both devices?

I have issues with the web app showing a different time on the timeline, even when listening to Spotify on the same computer (the top is the Desktop app, and the bottom is the Web Player).
