My Question or Issue

 

We have two spotify users in our household (separate accounts). A few days we notified the desktop app does not play any songs anymore.

 

I've tried a few things:

use the browser interface -> everythings works fine.

switch from browser to desktop/mobile -> playback stops

switch back to browser -> playback resumes

 

Any ideas what's going wrong?
