My Question or Issue

Playback is jerky when other programs are running. The system is underutilized and has more than enough capacity.

I do not have similar problems on other systems like Linux Mint, iOS 10, Android 9.

My Windows PC is the most powerful system I have, so I'm particularly surprised here. The error can be reproduced at any time. If you want I can t.ake screenshots or videos and also send you performance data of my system.

I get the same problem but using Huawei P8 lite 2019 which runs the latest Android 9 software
