My Question or Issue

So I've always changed my playlist pictures as soon as I make a new one, but now the pencil icon isn't popping up on my own playlists, why might that be?

You seem to have the same issue that some other people are reporting. The desktop client basically has the webplayer interface. It's been escalated but it's not under investigation yet.
