'Playlist Radio based on ....' Like/Dislike - Something went wrong Error

My Question or Issue

I'm noticing an issue with my mobile app for iPhone.  Being an avid user for finding new music, I often go to the last song on my playlist then skip the song so that the app launches it's playlist radio.

The issue I'm having is that when I like or dislike a song, the 'Improving Station...' loading screen appears, and instead of seeing a checkmark verificaiton saying something like 'Station Improved', I'm getting an error message that displays an X and says 'Something went wrong!'  Can someone please fix this bug or tell me why I'm having this issue?

Wanting to see if this was a similar issue for the desktop, I tried the same method to get to my playlist radio.  However, when I hover over and click the 'Hide Song' option, the desktop app doesn't register.  The song still appears in the playlist and the radio doesn't seem to update with new songs.

Naturally, I've done all the reset procedures and uninstall/reinstall procedures since this usually works for most products.  I've done a soft reset for both platforms, and made sure to delete any saved items on both platforms before uninstalling/reinstalling.  All my firmware (aside from my iPhone) is up to date as well as spotify.  However I am still having this issue.

I took the time to check these issues with 2 of my buddies who had Spotify.  I observed them follow my process and we both noted that they experienced the same thing that I did.  Therefore, this leads me to believe this is not an account/product issue on my end.  Can someone please assist me with this?  Thank you.

I myself am having a similar problem, so after a little digging, I found this Ongoing Issues thread where it says they're looking into the issues with the Hide This Song 🚫 feature.

I recommend adding your +VOTE to the thread and subscribing yourself there for future updates 🙂
