Playlist Suddenly Empty

All my playlists I created by importing my iTunes playlists are suddenly empty. They were working fine yesterday. When I load the iOS app they show fine and play, but Windows shows empty. I uninstalled/reinstalled with no change.

Please try this:

Make sure that Quicktime is up to date.

If still having issues, you can try a clean reinstall:

1. Close Spotify and uninstall it.

2. Go to %AppData% in the file explorer, and delete any Spotify folders you find in Local and Roaming.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Reinstall Spotify.

My other playlists are working fine. Just my iTunes ones are showing as empty. No quicktime issues. Already did a full uninstall/reinstall.

Same error, trying to import playlists and the songs are not showing. Worked two days ago.
